Ce a fost, nu poate fi schimbat.
Ce este, de asemenea nu poate fi
schimbat, fiind o consecință a ceea ce a fost.
Viitorul însă stă în puterea noastră să-l construim, mai
bun sau mai rău, după cum ne dictează inima sau interesele, după cât bine vrem
sau nu să facem semenilor nostri.
Acest blog a avut o menire, dar vremurile s-au schimbat.
Trebuie și el să se schimbe, trebuie și el să se adapteze, racordându-se unor
noi obiective. Ce-a fost a fost și va rămâne pentru oricine și oricând va dori
să se documenteze.
De-acum încolo blogul acesta se va reconstitui într-un
instrument de ajutor nemijlocit oferit tuturor celor care au nevoie să știe
ceva în domeniul proprietății industriale, de la banalități la lucruri mai
complicate, de la nimicuri la lucruri mari și importante, fără a depăși însă raportul
dintre general și particular specific oricărei publicații de specialitate.
Ne vom strădui să găsim lucruri interesante pe care să le
dezbatem în beneficiul tuturor. Să creștem gradul de informare în domeniu
pentru a crește nevoia de noi și noi informații, plecând de la o realitate de
necontestat: piața nu va fi niciodată saturată de drepturi de proprietate
industrială ceea ce se reflectă într-o continuă nevoie de informare, la toate
nivelurile, de toate gradele și în toate domeniile specifice.

What is cannot be changed either,
being a consequence what was.
But the future is in our hands, we
can build it for better or for worse, depending on our hearts or interests,
depending on the good or bad we want to do to our fellows.
This blog was made with a purpose,
but times changed. Thus, it has to change also, to adapt and to serve new
objectives. What was done is not lost, and is available for everyone willing to
search, anytime.
As from now on, the blog will
become a tool to be used by anybody needing to know about industrial property,
from simple to complex knowledge, from rubble to specialization, without
overpassing the natural border between general and particular, as in any
specialized publication.
I will do my best to provide
interesting topics for debate for everybody’s benefit. I will struggle to
increase the degree of awareness in the field of Industrial Property and thus,
the need of more information will be natural.
This mission starts based
on one indisputable statement: markets will never-ever become saturated by
industrial property rights, thus information & training in this domain are
as necessary, for all levels/degrees/type of business, as air to breathe.
